Shankh Labs is a software company in Surat, Gujarat. We build the marketing, WhatsApp and day-to-day systems Indian businesses run on, and the CMS that keeps their websites current.
Where this came from
We kept seeing the same three things.
Marketing in one tool. WhatsApp on somebody’s phone. Orders in a notebook. Every business we worked with had all three, and none of them were connected, so the owner became the connection. They were the one carrying information between the three, every day, forever.
The usual answer is another tool. We think that makes it worse. So we started building the shared part first: one record of the brand, one contact list, one place where approvals happen. Aura, Hella and Nexus CMS plug into that, and so will whatever we build next.
That is what "many tools, one system" means. It describes how the software is put together, not a line about AI.

One connected system beats five separate tools
Most businesses do not have a software shortage, they have a connection problem. Five tools that each work fine alone but never talk to each other cost more time than doing it by hand. We build the connection first and the features after.
The AI assists, the business owner decides
We do not ship anything that acts on its own without permission. Aura stops twice for your approval. Hella drafts replies and waits for you or your team to send. It is your name on everything that goes out.
Built here, for how business happens in India
Festival rush, UPI payments, WhatsApp as the main customer channel, teams on mid-range phones over mobile networks. They are not edge cases for later. They are how business in India works.
Tested in our own businesses before we sell it
Qubico was built inside a Surat business our founder is a partner in, and ran in daily production before it was ever offered to any client. We test on our own operations first.
The credential
Meta Authorised Tech Provider
It means we build on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, with direct access to it, rather than driving a phone in the background the way unofficial tools do. That difference is why numbers get banned on other setups and not on ours.
Practically, it also means template approvals, rate changes and policy updates reach us properly, so you hear about them from us before they affect you.
The team
A small team in Surat, which is why you talk to the people building it.
There is no account manager layer between you and whoever writes the code. If you have a question about how something works, you get the answer from the person who made it.
