Cookies and Storage

Last updated 29 September 2026

What our websites and products keep in your browser, and why. The short version: only what is needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings. No advertising cookies, and no tracking across other websites.

Our public websites

shankhlabs.com, aura.shankhlabs.com, hella.shankhlabs.com and nexus.shankhlabs.com set no advertising or analytics cookies. You can read every page without anything being stored in your browser.

If we ever add analytics, we will list it here before it goes live, say what it measures, and give you a way to turn it off.

When you sign in to a product

Aura, Hella and Nexus CMS keep a few small items in your browser. Each one is needed for the product to work.

  • Sign-in: keeps you signed in, as a cookie or in your browser's local storage. It is removed when you sign out or when it expires.
  • Where you left off: remembers the brand, project or phone number you were working on, so you land in the same place next time.
  • Your preferences: small interface choices, such as "remember me" or a panel you closed.
  • Page previews (Nexus CMS only): lets your team see unpublished changes before they go live.

None of these are shared with anyone else or used to follow you around the web.

Other services you choose to use

Two features load another company's window, which follows that company's own cookie policy:

  • Connecting WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram opens Meta's login window
  • Paying through Razorpay opens Razorpay's checkout

These load only when you use that feature.

How to clear or block them

You can clear cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings, usually under Privacy or Site settings. If you block them for our products, you will not be able to stay signed in. Our public websites work normally without them.
