Including what happens if a bill is late, which most pricing pages leave out.

  • Do Shankh Labs prices include GST?

    No GST is added to our prices today, because Shankh Labs is not registered for GST. The price you see is the price on your bill. If that changes, we will tell you first, and GST will show as its own line on each bill.

  • Does the Hella price include what Meta charges for WhatsApp messages?

    No. Meta charges for some WhatsApp messages, and bills those charges to your own WhatsApp Business account at Meta's rates. Shankh Labs adds nothing on top of them and does not resell them, so the Hella price is only ever for Hella.

  • How do I pay for Aura, Hella or Nexus CMS?

    You get one bill for every product you use, monthly or yearly, with any bundle discount already taken off. It arrives seven days before it is due, with a link to pay by UPI, card or net banking. You can also pay by bank transfer and send us the reference. Reminders arrive before the due date.

  • What happens if a Shankh Labs bill is not paid on time?

    You are reminded before the due date and on the day itself. If the bill is still unpaid, access to the products pauses the day after the due date, and comes back within a minute or so of paying. Nothing is deleted while access is paused. A Nexus CMS website stays online the whole time, and WhatsApp messages from your customers keep arriving in Hella.

  • Can I cancel whenever I want?

    Yes. Tell us at any time. You keep using the product until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further bill is made. Cancelling takes no longer than signing up did.

  • Can the price change after I sign up?

    Only with notice. If the price of a plan you are on changes, you are told by email that day and keep your current price for 30 days. The new price starts on your first bill after those 30 days.

  • How does the bundle discount work?

    Use any two of Aura, Hella and Nexus CMS and those plans cost 15% less. Use all three and they cost 25% less. The discount is worked out on your bill by itself, whatever plan each product is on. Extra seats, extra numbers and other add-ons keep their own price.

  • Is paying yearly cheaper?

    Yes. A yearly plan costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. It is billed once a year, in advance, and you can still cancel; you keep access until the year you paid for ends.
